Having two instructors may have seemed to some to be distracting, but team building methods take the best of all team members...not just relying on one person to take the lead. Both you and Michele have different experiences based upon the same premise, and I appreciate that. Thanks for that. Talk about making waves… I’m pretty much ripping the top of our [insert 3 letter project management acronym here] process to make us work smarter not harder. I’ll post the reaction next week!
