After looking back at both the experience and the evaluations, I think I can give a little bit better critique. Having two instructors may have seemed to some to be distracting, but team building methods take the best of all team members...not just relying on one person to take the lead. Both you and Michele have different experiences based upon the same premise, and I appreciate that. Thanks for that.

Enjoyed the class & learned quite a bit. Discovered that I didn’t know as much as I thought & gained insight to things I didn’t understand completely.

Definitely worth the experience

Great Class!

Really opened my eyes on a lot of things related to Scrum! Very good interaction with the participants, interesting exercises that promoted collaboration among participants. I would definitely recommend this class to other people.

Thanks
Alex D.

Doug's teaching and approach was a 5 star job. His ability to teach Scrum while addressing everyday project questions was outstanding. :)

Doug

It was an excellent class with lots of good information to kick start w/ scrum process at work or non-work projects. There were not too many right/wrong or yes/no answer to many questions, but I guess that “adapt” is the KEY word here…

Thanks

Good news… I am kicking off our annual IDCC summit with a presentation called “Scrum for the Agile consultant”. Talk about making waves… I’m pretty much ripping the top of our [insert 3 letter project management acronym here] process to make us work smarter not harder.

I’ll post the reaction next week!

Thanks so much for your generous response. It is awesome to be able to work with you. It was our combined energy that really brings this thing together.

Can I post your comments?

Doug,

Just wanted to take a moment and say thanks for the great sessions. The past two days have been some of the most energizing I have had in years. The content and delivery style was perfect and I am looking forward to applying the new techniques to our company… let’s just hope I don’t get stuck back in the old run!

Thanks again and I will definitely be attending more classes with you guys.

I just wanted to thank Derek and Doug for their excellent work at the CSM training.
I learned much more from the class than I did from reading books on the subject.
Learning was just as much through the other participants as it was from the instructors.
Basically, it was a well formed team.

I would also like to thank you guys for the individual training on Tuesday night.

Once again, Thanks to all for your help.
I will be getting in touch with Derek and Doug regarding a possible session with my company.
