Evals and Insights is a lightweight tool for helping clients and services providers find and recognize each other.

There are many in the consulting profession who travel, coach, teach, mentor and consult with clients. However, there is no easy way for those service providers to get individual feedback for themselves on how things went. And there is no easy way for clients to know who they are getting and what kind of reputation that person has, especially when that person is coming from a “big consulting house”.

The intent behind Evals and Insights is to provide service providers a low-cost way to get easy feedback from their clients about their work, and provide clients of these service providers an easy way to acknowledge and give feedback.

Evals and Insights’ working idea is simple:

• Service providers write a post about their work and supply that URL for feedback.
• If their clients are happy, they take the time to blog briefly about the service and cross link to the post or write a comment.

We like this model because it is positively oriented — focused on “what went well, and what can get even better” — which leads to the rewards of higher rankings, awareness and insights are for all.
